Per-person logic fails on short sectors because of daily minimums — a 40-minute flight billed at two flight hours. It also fails solo: one person in a €12,000 jet pays €12,000. The sweet spot is 4–8 passengers on sectors over 90 minutes, where the per-seat figure lands between business and first class while the experience is incomparable.
